Texas Roadhouse - Lake Charles

Fantastic experience! We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, but it was definitely worth it. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye and a loaded baked potato, and both were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive; our waitress was great with refills and fulfilling our requests. The atmosphere was energetic and lively, with a large birthday party celebrating nearby and the staff even doing a line dance in the middle of the restaurant. We left feeling satisfied and happy!

Texas Roadhouse always impresses me. I ordered the pork chops, a house salad (which came in a generous portion and I appreciated the variety of ingredients), and a loaded sweet potato. The rolls are absolutely delicious. This visit was at the location in Sherman, Texas.

My husband and I visited this restaurant yesterday and were warmly welcomed by a group of about seven women, which made for a fantastic greeting. The food we ordered was delicious; however, it would have been nice if the cheese had been melted before serving. I did find a bug in my drink, but given that we’re in Louisiana, that’s not entirely unexpected. On the bright side, my steak was absolutely marvelous. Overall, I plan to return!

As is typical at the Texas Roadhouse on Nelson Rd., there was a long wait, but the service and food were fantastic! We encountered a small issue with our seating since we had a little one with us along with six others. However, the management quickly arranged a great table for us! The rolls and all the food were delicious. We even got to enjoy a line dance! It was a wonderful time! Thank you for a great family dining experience!

We visited on a Tuesday evening around 6 PM and were quickly seated. Our waiter, Carson, promptly approached us to take our drink and appetizer orders. He was likely the second-best waiter I’ve ever had! He consistently checked in on us to see if we needed drink refills or anything else. We only encountered one minor issue: they served the wrong steak on each plate, so we had to swap them at the table, but it wasn’t a big deal. However, there was some inconsistency with the medium rare steaks; one was more on the medium side and a bit dry. Aside from that, everything was great. We always prefer Texas Roadhouse over other chain restaurants. We will definitely return!
