Burger King - Lake City

Y’day it was flooded and her was a line in front of us and the cassians I wanted to say in mgt came and brought my daddy his eiskonne out of the car and did not allow us to wait I am very impressed by bk coz there is always working

Dining room was clean, staff members were polite and got the orders correct. Food was great.

Worst Burger King I’ve been too ever. Went through the drive through and they rang our reorder up wrong. When we got to the window we explained they had left an item off and tried adding it on. This took three workers and five minutes to try to get them to understand the problem. We asked for a plain ch’king several times and their response was, “we sell a lot of chicken sandwiches dear. You’ll have to be more specific.”Finally added it to the receipt and charged us for it just to not even give it to us. Went inside and turns out they’d forgotten it on the window sill. And still made it wrong after all the commotion.

Food was awful. The fries were cold and soggy. I was very disappointed with my food. I only live 5 minutes away so no excuse for cold food.

Bathroom was dirty and out of soap, drink station was gross. I understand that perhaps they were really busy and understaffed.
