Nobody asked how our food was or what after it was put on the table. we went up to pay because as I said, no one came back to our table. then I told our waitress that eating was cold and my order was wrong. She said everything I do is get it to the table. then we were charged $52.98, I would rather tell someone that I'm sorry that we can't wait for them today because we don't have the help or tell me before the time it will be an extremely long waiting period. my family time is valuable and I really don't want to let it sit on ihop and then eat cold and get 1 wrong order. ? there are other restaurants in the city that are also shorthanded, but most of them tell them when they go in. give the customer the choice to stay or go.
This IHOP is clean, warm feeling and friendly. However, the food is really why we go. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs for breakfast, something I've had at probably a dozen other IHOPs around the state. This one stood out as the best so far. The waitress was very friendly, upbeat and efficient. She delivered the food as soon as it was ready, it was piping hot! The eggs were scrambled perfectly with no loose egg and no brown spots, yet they were moist and not dry...perfect. Pancakes light, hot and fluffy and the butter actually melted on them! The hash browns were tan and crispy on the outside and hot, tender and moist on the inside. The steak was cooked to perfection with just enough coating and fried to a light brown crispy deliciousness. It was a very generous portion, very tender and juicy with a great flavor. The coffee was piping hot and delicious, as usual. The only thing I was missing was the variety of syrups usually found on the table. I'm partial to the butter pecan and strawberry, all they had was maple, which was fine. Everything else was so good I would have felt mentioning the missing syrups would have been a petty Karen move on my part.A great IHOP in every respect. Too bad I have to drive up from West Palm Beach to eat here!

Everything was hot and good! Waitress was friendly and gave our daughter a few extra blueberries. Thank you! She didn't feel good and they ended up being all she would eat.
Thos IHOP is the best!!!! Great cheesecake pancakes with strawberries on top from a brand new chef! The server Serenity is the greatest server I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, great service, and very eye appealing on top of everything. Her pleasant smile and great attitude made my day after such a long 13 hour drive! Thank you!
