Pizza Hut - Lake City

Absolutely horrible service. Literally everyone working between 5 and 7pm on 4/20/24 was the worst. Every one hung up on me or put me in hold after delivering my pizza to the wrong address and refusing to give me any answers, refund, or another pizza. They were rude and slow and just god awful. I'm not eating at any pizza hut ever again after that, screw it

Throw this whole store in the damn garbage ! I’ll never be back

Please be sure to check your pizza before leaving. If they don’t show it, it’s probably burnt or wrong and they know it. I’ve dealt with both.

Do not use this location, you will be sorry if you do I did twice and it was horrible service, they sent a Medium pizza when I ordered a large, then they sent my order through Door Dash and the food was not sealed and they left out my wing order. Then I am having trouble getting my money back.I haven’t got my money back yet and Today is April 8th an this order was March 31St 2024 please do yourself a favor and don’t use this location.i am going to call the Better Business Bureau and fill a complaint and see if I can go to city council and do the same this business shouldn’t be in this area giving bad service
