Feedback gevenI am a culinary student and went to this restaurant for the experience. The rack of lamb that I ordered was very tasty and the sauce was delicious, the onion slivers were very good hope I learn how something like that is made in the future), and the sides were tasty. You get what you pay for when going to a restaurant such as this, and fine meals aren 't just thrown together. The service could have been a little more apt to seating a customer, and my only complaint with the dish I ordered may be my own mistake I don 't remember seeing blue cheese as one of the ingredients it did NOT pair well with the demi-glace sauce to my palate). Regardless, if this restaurant sticks around I will visit it again. Clean restaurant, and you can actually see them cooking, which, to some, is desired.
Very nice. Clean. Good service, but seeing as we were the only ones there for much of the time it means little. Definitely serving to a more refined palette.
Very nice change for lunch. Nice atmosphere.
