Chili's Grill - Lake Elsinore

If I hadn’t been working, I would have loved to enjoy their great Happy Hour, which starts right after I finished my meal. The burger was cooked a bit pink in the middle; I forgot to ask for it well done. Overall, the service was excellent, and the food had potential, but it didn’t quite become a favorite for me.

Bar tender was very friendly and attentive. Good vibes

I had the brisket quesadillas here, and they were fantastic. However, the bar service was quite slow. I ordered one beer and watched the same bartender move around the bar, refilling ketchup for tables, preparing mixed drinks, and getting silverware, only to later claim that changing a keg was the reason my beer was delayed. This happened multiple times with two different servers. It wasn't until the manager started walking around that things improved. I didn't voice any complaints, but it was obvious that the manager was more effective in getting things done.

I used the curbside option today and all the food was prepared very well. All items were in my order and packaged nicely. My order was prepared on time. A great experience.
