Los Jilberto's Taco Shop Elsinore

I used to love this restaurant, but in recent years, my experience has been disappointing. I understand that they may be facing supply and worker issues due to COVID-19, but the quality of their food has become unacceptable. The shredded beef chimichanga I ordered was mushy and the meat was tasteless and cold. The chimichanga itself lacked flavor, was cold, mushy, and inedible. It's unfortunate, but I think it's time to find a new favorite spot to eat. They've had too many chances to improve with no progress.

I ordered a chicken burrito and all they put in it was chicken. No rice, no cheese, no salsa, just chicken. Disappointing.

My favorite mexican food place now. Chimichangas and the torta de asada are great. Definetly coming back.

I have dined at this restaurant many times. I really enjoy their breakfast burritos. There are plenty of parking spots in this small shopping center. The staff is always friendly.

The food was really delicious and fresh and portions were big. Love the salsa bar!
