El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

Great food to a great value. I really wish this chain had in Manhattan! I got the family meal for $24 and my family of four could eat over two meals.

What happened to El Pollo Loco? Everything is shrunk dark meat now. coarse. Everything is a little more expensive downhill. It's sad.

I really love Pollos Loco, but this location was disappointing! My burrito was cold, and when I took a bite, I found a piece of bone and had to spit it out.

Very unprofessional and stupid people on the drive thru. I wait for my order and because I was on my phone in the window, they didn't say anything and kept me 5 minutes before me like kids. Do your job, don't tell me to welcome you first if you should be. Really stupid employees, both were men.

It's quickly becoming my favorite spot for non-fried chicken. I just wish they would include more than two tortillas with the meals.
