Mcdonald's - Lake Forest

At first we went to the drive thru and right away the lady was giving us attitude and then when we asked to repeat herself we could barely hear her so when she told us to pull up to the first window we asked someone there to repeat the order so we can hear herself clearly and everything sounded good until we got to the second window to get our food not one but TWO sandwiches were incorrect. we had ordered two sausage mcgriddle and instead we got a egg and sausage biscuit, we kindly asked if she could get us our sandwiches we actually asked for and she said, we repeated your order two time, if you cant hear dont eat and then she closed the window violently. We always loved this Mcdonald 's, but this changed everything. if i could give a zero i really would.

When today on 8/14/23 at 10:48 ordered a simple 2 cheeseburger meal an the cashier had the worst attitude because i first said i wanted fries with no salt when i seen the fries where fresh i said forget it you can put the regular fries with salt an she responded with the worst attitude asking if I WANTED SALT OR NO SALT ON THE FRIES then i responded IF THE FRIES ARE FRESH THEN JUST GIVE ME THE FRIES WITH SALT ON THEM.. needless to say she straightened her attitude out right away but no one needs to deal with unprofessionalism it's not our fault she works there an CLEARLY doesn't want to it was the chubby Mexican girl you could see it in her face that she hates her job her attitude only confirmed that i did the survey an I'm writing this review i hope she gets talked to about it Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger

I stopped at this restaurant on my way, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. It satisfied my hunger perfectly. The service was prompt and the overall atmosphere was nice. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 4.

The service at this restaurant was awful. The manager tried to argue with me about not asking for whipped cream in my iced coffee, even though I did. She had a rude attitude and kept going back and forth with me. Both ladies working there had a bad vibe. The takeout meal was for breakfast, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food scored a 4, while the service and atmosphere both received a score of 1.
