Harbor Shores On Lake Geneva

Great location. One side of the hotel faces the lake, and the rooms have balconies, so if that’s your jam, make sure to request it. The service is fantastic, and they have a nice pool/spa area.Rooms: 4/5

The rooms are outdated. Way overpriced for the quality of the room. One of the beds was horrible. It was like sleeping on a ramp. Pillows were lumpy and hard. We paid extra for a lake view however we were on the 1st floor and had cars in front of us. Had to keep the curtains closed most of the time because people were walking in front of the room including the parking lot attendant. No sheers on the window either. There was a randomn wash cloth in the bathroom also.Rooms: OutdatedWalkability: Close to everything in town.

Location is great . Has nice pools and hot tub . Unfortunately, the staff is miserable for some reason. Very rude and disrespectful.Noteworthy details: Staff for what ever reason is miserable rude and disrespectful can’t even get a smile out of them .

Great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here. If in area I would stay again at this motel. We had a balcony room overlooking Lake Geneva, great view. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown area and not worry about parking.

Harbor Shores is a great place to stay, as it is directly across from Lake Geneva and an easy walk to the downtown area. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I have to give a special shout out to Janine, a manager that bent over backwards to accommodate some special needs that I required.
