Christie's On The Lake - Lake George

Really surprised to see only two stars for this place. it is a long time here, I mean at least 20 years that is for a great product, service and total business. I can remember christie when I was small twenty years ago. wife and I came in our vacation, had a perfect experience. perfect atmosphere on the lake, perfect service, cullen was great and took care of us. we had the boneless wings, buffalo battle and a burger. we ate everything. great food. they keep the great work and ignore the people who are miserable because they had to ask for more buffalo sauce, the people may never be happy. keep the big work!

I wanted to love this place because the mood and the two were. No matter how eating and drinking it was. I had to ask for more sauce for my wings because they were dry and hard. not at all good for a very simple meal. drinking were only juice and too too sugar.

Enjoy this place in the early afternoon for a late lunch. the staff was very friendly and attentive. when you needed her and left you alone when you didn't. I had only one salate and wished that she had a better choice. the seasalat is quite simple, but good. not as big as I would have wished, but also not small. I added steak and that was cooked to perfection. good choice for a waterfront afternoon.

Terrible, terrible crabcakes! very bland absolutely no taste at all! chicken wings were terrible! we had a party of 7 and no one in our party enjoyed their eating! pretty sure that the burgers were frozen, Mozzarella sticks came out and the cheese was not melted. I would never recommend this place to everyone! if I couldn't give a star, I would do that. not to mention our server was not the kindest. just all about terrible experience

Meh. Came for dinner on a Saturday night… should have known it was mediocre by the lack of crowd for a Saturday… seated on the lake side of the upper deck… fun view. We had drinks and dinner that included a burger, a fish fry and some steamed clams and lobster bisque. My 13 year old inhaled his bigger… but he inhales everything. I had the bisque and clams… they were far from the best, didn’t taste bad, but the clams were small and mealy and the bisque was lacking. My husband rarely complains, and dutifully ate his fish fry, but never said he enjoyed it, which he usually will say when we are out to eat. Mary, our waitress was very friendly and checked on us often. Of all of the options in Lake George, we are not likely going back to this one.
