The sandwiches were too expensive and quite ordinary. My buffalo chicken wrap had shredded chicken with only a slight touch of hot sauce—not the creamy sauce I had anticipated. Thankfully, ranch dressing was included on the side, which added the texture I was looking for. Each sandwich also came with a packet of potato chips. We waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches, and since there weren't enough tables, we had to take our food back to the hotel.

The worst thing a deli can have is a cook with a bad attitude. My daughter-in-law requested a gluten-free wrap, and when she spoke to the cook, he was quite disrespectful in his response. Additionally, one of our sandwiches was missing from the order. When we mentioned this, the cook displayed more attitude. They checked the receipt and confirmed he had forgotten to make the sandwich. Furthermore, some of our orders came with sides we didn’t even request. Despite being a small deli, if the quality of food and service doesn’t match the sandwiches, it’s not worth the visit.

The food was delicious, and the staff has been very friendly and welcoming every time we've visited. I'm already looking forward to our next visit! Kid-friendliness: The employees were attentive to my daughter and were very friendly towards her.

Wow!!! I've dined at the Cafe before, and the sandwiches were incredible. But my mind has officially been re-blown by the Deli!!! I've tried both the Adirondack and the Turkey Gouda paninis (the latter is what I'm currently enjoying), and WOW WOW WOW!!! The food is simply outstanding, and the service is top-notch; the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people! I LOVE THIS PLACE and will recommend it to anyone looking for lunch who visits my hotel!!!!!!!

The food here is definitely delicious, but I really want to highlight the staff! The gentleman made sure to inform me about the dishes that contain pork and beef, which I avoid. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
