Wildlife Saloon Steakhouse

Yummy, we enjoyed our visit. Loved the food it did not disappoint. I had the scallops and they were perfectly cooked. Our server was a little overwhelmed but she made it right for us. Friendly staff, wait wasn't bad at dinner time. Great atmosphere, good experience, we would definitely eat here again.

It’s been a few years since we’ve been to George’s Restaurant of Lake George, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The only changes were for the better. We met the new owner Barry, who stopped at our table to say hello. He told us a little backstory about the immense polishing he’s done on the interior. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. What we loved most was the same delicious prime rib we remembered, thanks to the chef. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the baked potatoes crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The same excellent food, the same Adirondack decor, just sparkling and spruced up. A labor of love!

I had the prime rib. It was very good and my mashed potatoes were excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but my waiter thought he was a comic which I didn't appreciate when spending that type of money in that type of setting.

We had French Onion Soup and Prime Rib. Absolutely delicous. Had Matthew as our serve and he did an awesome job!

Everyone's taste is different, so I won't comment. Our meals were prepared perfectly. Josh the waiter is excellent. Relaxing, simple Adirondack atmosphere. We will return.
