The Cheesecake Factory - Lake Grove

Went there to pick up an order, said name for the order clearly (employee DID NOT ASK me to repeat name or said anything else to me) gives me the complete wrong order that belonged to someone else whose name isn’t even similar to the name I said. I would say staff needs to be retrained but it’s literally just not being able to read not sure what could be done there.. make sure to double check your order after pick up unless you want to drive home and then find out you got 3 slices of cheesecake instead of dinner.

The place is great but the amount of money they make they can at least fix the WiFi. I had my special needs son with me who relies on his iPad for speech and activities and no WiFi worked there. Asked the manager for a password for another WiFi and told her she can type it in so we didn’t know it and she said she can schedule for IT to fix the WiFi ?. So was I supposed to schedule my food to be eaten at a different time as well? I understand supposed to eat and enjoy your self but very hard with a special needs child that needs WiFi. Some people will understand but most won’t. Other than that the waitress was amazing and food is good.

Overpriced burger/maybe it's a place to go for cheesecakes? They looked good behind glass.

There is too much rush.. as always.. so the service is very slow
