I had the pleasure of visiting Louie’s and was blown away by how amazing it was. The small little place had an amazing atmosphere and even better food! Nice upscale steakhouse that reminds you of an old NYC steakhouse that's been there 100 years. Old school high class vibe, and although you pay for it, it's worth it. Not a large place so make reservations. Food was exceptional, especially steaks probably one of the top 5 steaks I've had . Will definitely go again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This is the third time I 've been to Louie 's. Dinner was perfect this time as well as the last two times : Most of the restaurants in the Poconos in my experience are more casual and less exquisite than places like NYC. However, If you 're looking for fine dining in an atmosphere that is not too formal or stuffy, I recommended Louies (my other choice would be Windsor at Skytop . The steaks are spectacular here, as was the Chicken Florentine, stuffed with spinach and cheese- delicious! There is also a full bar here, which was full of very happy patrons, laughing and telling stories I will be back next time- I hope this place stays open forever!
