Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just left this restaurant and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent; I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff had smiles on their faces while assisting me. The portion size of my burrito was generous! I can't comment much on the taste since my pregnancy has affected my sense of flavor, but the food was satisfying for me, and that's what matters.

Here we go. Over the past year, every experience I have had at the lake havasu city chipotle has been so far below standard that it?s truly embarrassing. First of all, the service is terrible. It feels like a bunch of 5th graders working under absolutely nosupervision. They repeatedly make mistakes, lose online orders, and do nothing to ?make up for? these shortcomings. As for thefood: They are constantly out of main items such as beans, chicken, and steak? And don?t seem to realize that they are out ofsaid items until you are literally in line asking for them. If the chips aren?t stale and salt-less, they are greasy,undercooked, and soggy. The thought of spending another dime there disgusts me almost as much as the burnt rice.

The food was excellent, as usual. However, the order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 PM, but it didn’t actually arrive until 8:20 PM. They informed us that online orders weren't being processed, and people who walked in were being prioritized. Those of us who had been waiting for a while were left in limbo. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have considered leaving.

No longer have Veteran discount!! Food looks dried up and old. The cook came from the back and we didn't see him wash his hands or place gloves on, he also kept touching his face with his mask half on. Drinks ran out and not refilled. Overall they havefallen apart when it comes to custom service and food. The manager said they were messing up before and giving Veteran discountswhen it is only for the Police.

I ordered two Barbacoa tacos with all the toppings. The guacamole was excellent, the food was hot, and the service was friendly.
