El Pollo Loco - Lake Havasu City

This restaurant is fantastic and vastly improved compared to the one that was here 15-20 years ago. The staff is incredibly friendly, and from what I've observed while working as a delivery driver and using the drive-thru, it appears to be very well managed.

I had an excellent experience at Pollo Loco! The food quality and service were outstanding. The restaurant has new management and improved resources, and it shows. I will definitely be coming back more often. Thank you to the entire staff for making my evening enjoyable!

This El Pollo Loco is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, I noticed that when you arrive late in the evening, the chicken can be pretty dry, so it's something to keep in mind. I absolutely love that you can get horchata from the soda machine here! My favorite aspect of this location is the spacious parking lot, which is very accommodating for cars. This is particularly important in Havasu, where we often have out-of-town visitors who may not be familiar with the area and might drive larger vehicles like RVs or trucks. This parking space provides all the room they need to enjoy a good meal here.

The best experience in any restaurant!!! I like it so much and the people there are super friendly! cool people and eating is really great

Half chicken pieces were on the small side for price. El pastor tacos were good.
