Mckee's Pub Grill - Lake Havasu

It Stinks in there, I thought about eating but when I went to the window and looked at the kitchen I realized that the filthy kitchen was a huge contributor to the bad odors in the bar.

Very friendly staff at this store. Polite and courteous. Got the order right too Grand/22frw Tustin and Santa Clara can't do that

The mckees family has been a part of my life for a very long time. I appreciate iate seeing the same faces behind the bar and of course the pool tables. Things have changed recently but it's still the first place I'll pick to play pool and feel comfortable Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp and rails were installed many years ago and up to code

This place deserved its own post.When we arrived, the place was very busy, but we grabbed a booth right away.The last one.There was no server on, so I went to the Bart, and he took our drink order and said we had to order food at the kitchen window.Both bartenders were slammed but very cordial, as professional as a dive bar needs to be and got us exactly what we ordered.Also, my beer glass never went empty.Somehow, with all that was going on, including the way too short skirts at the pool table, the guys kept drinks in front of us as we ate.So, at the kitchen window, was the solo cook doing all she could to get the food out, take orders, and she was at least 10 tickets deep.What was impressive was that she was very pleasant even with being in the weeds.About mid order, another lady took over the taking of our order.Turned out she was the owner.She and her husband saw on the security cameras on their phones that they were getting slammed, so they came down to make sure their guest and staff were taken care of.With the husband owner taking over the dish room, the wife finished our order, and a short time later she delivered our food.These are the moments that great owners are made for, and what small buisness all over the country do to stay afloat in a sea of regulations, high taxes, and inflation.Also, the wings were the closest to Spicys wings I have had since 2008, at Spicys. In other words, EXCELLENT.So, if you are ever in Lake Havasu AZ, be sure to stop by, as these folks earned my business, and they will earn yours.
