Gigi's Cupcakes - Lake Jackson

Decided to stop by here this evening 30 min before they closed. We?ve never been here and we?re excited to try this place for the first time. The employee started getting impatient with us while we were browsing though there selections. As soon as we got home we opened the deserts and were not happy to see the cupcakes toppled over. She had carelessly put the cupcakes side ways into the container instead of upright on the platform. She even asked us if we wanted them bagged, then bagged them knowingly. As for the deserts... they did not disappoint. I rate them a 10/10, with each one beautifully handcrafted. If I do go back I hope to deal with a different employee. I don?t care if your about to close, I?m a paying customer and the reason you have your job. Bad first impression.

The cupcakes themselves tasted great. I bought a dozen of assorted mini cupcakes to take to work so my coworkers could try them. I'm rating them a 3 because of PRICES. Paying $20 for 12 mini cupcakes seems extremely steep. I get it's a new business but that's way over priced. I'll just make homemade cupcakes that will taste just as great, for less than half the cost I paid for these. If you want to pay a little more for your sweet tooth, then I recommend this place!

Purchased a variety 1&1/2 dozen cupcakes for a celebration. They were a big hit! Delicious! I pre-ordered, payed over the phone, picked up and they were perfectly packed. Fast and friendly customer service. Will be back soon.????

Their cupcakes are the best their so most and rich! They are very nice makes your day even better how professional they are when asking a question! So very friendly definitely recommend trying out these delicious desserts! And the box it comes in is so adorable!

Beautiful and delicious cake and cupcakes! The team worked on the design and made it perfect for our Granddaughters first birthday! GiGi?s was her first bite of cake! Thank you for making it special and perfect! Y?all are the best!
