Panera Bread - Lake Jackson

I ordered a turkey sandwich and a middle broccoli soup and a 16oz strawberry limonade the turkey sandwich was cold and terrible, I couldn't finish it, the broccoli soup gave me a small cup and instead of 16oz drink they gave me a 12oz and I asked if this was 16oz, they said ticket to me the only one coming on a big one but 16oz. that was my 2nd timeline of them and it will be my last time. really disappointed

Bad management, unprofessional staff, eating suck! the whole experience was so disappointing.

Curbside service is always excellent at this location. Pickup is also the best of any Panera I’ve visited. Food is always ready and waiting for you fast.The mobile app is by far the best restaurant app I have ever used, and I use them all.The menu is fantastic. Southwest salad is my favorite. The Baja bowl with chicken is also great. Love the muffins and brittanys.Breakfast chicken avocado chipotle wrap is amazing and they have other healthy options. Whole grain tortilla. The teas are great, but if you’re okay with a little sugar, try the prickly pear tea. Coffee is great. Self order kiosk is great. 5/5 stars overall.

My daughter slipped by the beverage fountain area. The rug was damp and the floor tiles were wet from either the fountain leaking or spilled drinks. No one took initiative to clean the area or put up a sign of wet floor. The ceiling tiles over the waiting area by the kitchen have lots of water damage and if you look closely they're growing mold around one of the vents.

Me and my wife decided to eat here since we had heard a rumor about a sizable military discount. To our surprise the discount was almost half. We will continue to revisit here from time to time so we can enjoy the excellent customer service, food, and discount.
