The Lounge - Lake Jackson

Due to the covid we decided to use the take out option. We only live a few blocks away. Ordered 9 pounds of crawfish with 3 margaritas. The crawfish were super mushy, obviously sat in old boil or bad to begin with. Out of 9 pounds only 1 and 1/2 were even able to be peeled without desinigrating in your hands. I contacted them via phone to share my experience and was told they were sorry and I would hear from a manager soon. Have not been contacted and do not expect to be.80.00 dollars to have to eat cold cereal I had at home is a disappointment. Do not plan to go back

The food was decent but it took over half an hour for it to arrive. The place was basically empty, had rickety tables, and had way too expensive food with little to choose from. The cheapest it had was $7 for three tacos. Not the best place in my book and will probably never come back.

Was there last Saturday. Good place good food ????????

Staff, service management is awful. Especially security.

Shout out to The Lounge on their OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Delicious food and amazing staff!
