Whataburger - Lake Jackson

Always friendly folks and consistently good food. Ate there again today. Had the chili cheeseburger. It wasn't great (4 stars) but it wasn't bad. Not crazy about the fritos on it. It's a chili cheeseburger. Not a frito pie burger.

Addition: Do not order delivery. Will not be picked up and if you cancel, restaurant says they cant although it is through the WB app. Favor, the delivery service, states they dont have to give refunds, which is theft. Only way to cancel is thru thedriver, and the one i had today was told to cancel and he still took it for himself! Late on curbside the last 5x. I got foodpoisoning last time but felt it was my fault for even ordering anything with coleslaw. But they have extra employees behind thecounter, no one cones out to communicate. Management is rude. Honestly, every single person needs to be reassessed andretrained. Never been offered a thing to make up for over 20 minutes which is fine but they dont care and make it clear. Add onmonths later: they really stopped caring during dinner or later. 4 cars in drive thru but take almost an hour...new managerneeded or new owner who can train.

Had a coupon for buying medium fry and drink you know the drill get the burger free double chili cheese Frito Burger pretty good could have did without the Fritos chili added a little extra to the already Good Burger but it wasn't the greatest could haveused more vegetables inside the chili mix

Great What-a-burger service. Chicken salad was good. So were the burgers and fries. They had to fix the milk shake machine. Strawberry shake tasted more like vanilla. Usually their snakes are very good.

Good food. The malt could have used more malt in it that was very weak. Good service even though it was busy. A little pricey but worth it.
