Taco Bell - Lake Louise

Love Taco bell, and the mayodan store is the cleanest of the one's I have ate at.

I really enjoy each visit. Not only are the staff here friendly, but they always have my order correct. Let me also add, the place is ALWAYS very clean. I've yet to see many restaurants in this town, that can say the same. That 100 (A) health score is great to see as well.

This Taco Bell SPECIFICALLY can never get orders right- simple as putting FOUR tacos in a bag- and then they have obvious drug users in there playing manager?? Okay. Their night time “manager” looked sounded like he crawled straight out of the dumpster and wanted to cuss at me after messing my order up. Maybe next time I WILL make my own taco- since that’s what he wanted to shout at me from behind the kitchen. Funny how he got quiet as soon as I started recording. I’m calling corporate first thing- WILL NOT BE BACK and definitely do not recommend

I placed an order on the Taco Bell mobile app and did not realize until after I went to pick up the order that I had placed it for the wrong location. I went into the Eden, NC location and had accidentally placed the order for the Martinsville, VA location on Church Street. No one at the Eden location offered to look up my order OR remake my order for me. I kept a watch on my bank account and even though I never showed up to the Church Street location to pick up my food, I was still charged as if I did. I understand that it was my fault that I placed the order at the wrong location but I shouldn't have been charged $11.78 when I didn't even get to eat at Taco Bell at all that day. I ended up leaving Taco Bell and going elsewhere to get lunch. I'm very disappointed that I was still charged. I was supposed to have a $10 credit added to my account but have yet to see that either.

I took my thirteen year old great grandson there. He got three Cheese tacos and 2 cinnamon balls Drink.
