Fairmont Château Lake Louise

My husband and I had the best stay and felt like the Chateau was above and beyond what we wanted. We arrived there to elope the entire time the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We ate at all the restaurants and can say that the food was AMAZING at each of them. Above this, I really do feel the staff made this stay for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to get married/honeymoon/holiday.

It was our Dream to stay at the Chateau on Lake Louise and we finally made it. The location is exceptional and it is a stately old hotel full of history. The room we had was small but comfortable and very clean. Very little bathroom space. One at a time only. The staff was warm and professional however our time in the Social longer was disappointing. Service was very slow and we never got follow up after we were served. It feel like they are under stuffed as many people wear more than one hat. It is bot the end of the world but when you pay the prices you would at least like a refill on your drink. All in all we were blessed to be able to be at this exceptional resort. The location on the lake was stunning!!

We went for afternoon tea here as the last activity of the day. The views were incredible, the tea was delicious, and it was such an overall magical experience. Definitely a new core memory! Our server, Chin, was so wonderful and charming and funny and knowledgeable, and it felt like we had made a friend by the end of the meal. If you’re coming to Lake Louise, I HIGHLY recommend doing the afternoon tea!!!

We stayed at the Chateau for our honeymoon and the experience was phenomenal. Alex H at the front desk treated us like royalty and made us feel extra welcomed and well taken care of. The location was prime for the lake, of course, but the hikes were readily accessible. Since we went during a busy weekend, we really felt the convenience of staying at the Chateau, from skipping the line at canoeing to beating the crowd at morning hikes. Another pleasant surprise was the fact that the food at the chateau was also top-notch. We truly enjoyed every minute of our time at the Chateau.

We found the suite comfortable but outdated. The bathroom has mould near the ceilings and the shower floor needs to be bleached as it is stained. I think it is overly expensive. The view is magnificent, the service is great and staff are friendly and wonderful. And a big thank you to Enrique the shuttle driver who found our lost property after a trip to Moraine Lake. He was very funny, courteous, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure.Walkability: The walks are scenic and enjoyableFood drinks: A variety of restaurants but most are pricey
