Food and service were great. we shared a 12 inch pepperoni pizza and big spinat salat. they weren't on paprika or cheese vaccinated. I'd eat here again!
Food was nice but priced a bit higher for what it was. Located in the Lake Louise Inn so convent of you are staying there. There was a wait and it was packed. Our waiter was nice but a bit busy. He took our drink order which we waited for a while then when we finally got his attention he blamed the kitchen and went and got us our drinks. We ordered a starter salad which never came and our food took a very long time to get to us. Our waiter never checked on us. And when he brought us the bill and we mentioned the salad he was quick to blame the other servers for not bringing it. If he had ever checked in just for a second then he would of known. I know that being understaffed if extremely hard but I’m not asking for him to stop and talk to us for any longer than a few seconds. A quick “hey how is everything” and then continuing on would be fine and our problem would be addressed. The food was nice and filling but was just classic pasta and pizza you could find almost anywhere. The restaurants is not accessible from the front because there is a big staircase as it sits above the breakfast area. There may be a way to get to it via elevator but I am unsure so please check ahead.
Lasagne was possibly the best we have ever had. Chicken dish adapted to suit dietary requirements. Only complaint, very slow service due to lack of staffing.
Pizza tasted a bit like Dominoes. Caesar salad was fine. Most of the pastas came with a cream sauce, so if that's not your thing, ask them to omit the cream. Service was spotty. Also when we were there, they were only serving hotel guests--no outside guests. We had a better experience at Bill Peyto's, which is just a walk across the street.
