Starbucks - Lake Mary

Customer service on this side is ok and eating is pretty good. but every time I order hot coffee from this place, it is never hot or even warm. my wife picks it up since I've been working at home, and she just has to heat it up after 5 minutes. that is a constant thing. until they improve certain practices, this place is only worth 3 stars.

What an amazing experience, was in and out with ordering at counter. Simon was so friendly and very helpful in enabling me to get stars for order. He went the extra mile... cudos. My daughter commented on how great her coffee was in comparison to one at another location. Coffee and good customer service makes for an extra special day!

I have never been so impressed before, but let me tell you how exceptional Simon's customer service is! I had issues with my Apple Pay and he was incredibly patient and kind. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Now, when I go to other restaurants next time, I will be expecting this level of service elsewhere, though I highly doubt that they will provide Simon's customer service.

The coffee here is excellent, but the service is incredibly slow! I always come to this place when I need a coffee, but if I'm in a rush, I go somewhere else.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. Our drinks are always prepared exactly as we requested.
