Smoothie King - Lake Norman of Iredell

Needed banana. smoothie king came through with banana, and they gave me excellent service. 10 out of 10 would come to Smoothie King again.

Every time I visit Smoothie King here in Mooresville; I am usually satisfied with my overall experience. The employees are mostly very kind, attentive friendly towards customers. I enjoy the smoothies rarely have any issues with my order. I hope Smoothie King will continue to give great service to their customers.

Service is horrible! We arrived at the store at 3pm. After ordering , we waited watched 4 people who came in after us get their orders before us. We then asked about our order they had no idea what it was. There were 6 people behind the counter no one was working on our order . After telling them our order for the 4th time , they said “we’ll print get it out to you” . At this time, other customers are coming in getting their order still before us. We asked for a refund they refused. They called their manager on the phone the manager argued with us about why we couldn’t get a refund . At this point we’ve been there for 30 minutes still no drinks . When they finally make one of the drinks it’s the wrong size. The lady at the register wouldn’t give us her name, but she was very rude. not to mention, we were the only African Americans in the store , so you can do the math there. Completely unacceptable!

Never again. I walked in no customers. Two young girls working. The one girl stood at the register. No acknowledgement of me. As I stood there waiting for her to take my order she walked away and started washing dishes. I said I guess I should just leave, she looked back and said ok. I don’t blame the girl, I blame whoever hired her.
