Domino's Pizza - Lake Oswego

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. It arrived with literally no sauce on it, dry as heck and looked like cardboard.I called and the incompetent employee said he “remembered” my order and “didn’t box it up himself but seems like someone forgot the sauce.”He didn’t offer me a re make, only offered me a credit. When I asked about a re make he sounded like they couldn’t be bothered to re make it and told me it would “uhh take about 25-30 minutes.”Basically I threw my dumb $12 cardboard pizza away and went to bed hungry.

A great thank you to zack the manager has restored my faith in his store and the ability to make things right and I appreciate him very much once again thank you

It's an OK place to go and you need a quick pizza. Sometimes not so quick. The app doesn't necessarily couldn't correspond with finishing times for your pizza, so pay close attention.

The completion time estimator is waayyyy off. I arrived 25 minutes after my order was placed, and the pie was not prepped even though the website said it was. I got to the restaurant within the completion time estimate. They started prepping several minutes after I arrived. I waited 25 minutes at the restaurant.

Fast delivery service. Pizzas are always made correctly and taste good! Definitely impressed with this Domino's location!
