La Provence - Lake Oswego

I had a truly delicious meal at this restaurant. I ordered the cheesy polenta with spinach and speck, which was incredibly creamy and flavorful on its own, even without the eggs and speck. The portion size was very generous, and I couldn't even finish half of it. I also tried a bit of my friend's salmon hash, which she seemed to enjoy. However, the table service was a bit lacking as we had to repeatedly ask different servers for basic things like hot water or milk for my friend's tea. I had to flag down our server to get the bill at the end of the meal.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. Although there is usually a wait, I believe it is worth it. Our favorite dishes range from the baked eggs to the salmon that my wife loves. The fresh croissant with brie and skyberry jam is a delightful treat that we always order extra of to enjoy later. The service is excellent and the food is delicious.
