Feedback gevenStopped here to buy groceries for a friend who is dealing with Covid yet again. While shopping, I noticed the Starbucks kiosk, and all of a sudden, I was craving a coffee drink. Clearly, I have no impulse control!Typically, I can walk right by, but when the Peppermint Mocha arrives in November, I have to have one to kick off the holiday season. Their specialty drinks are very sweet, so I order my standard nonfat, no whip, 2 pump, peppermint mocha and it hits the spot! Without giving me a sugar high followed by a crash and burn!All the quality, convenience, and friendly service one expects from this brand.
I was waiting for my drink along with 2 other people waiting for theirs. Another customer came to the counter. There were 3 girls in aprons, 1 working. The girl training said she and the other girl were leaving for lunch, the trainee said both of you? leaving the trainee to make at least 4 drinks on her own. The trainee looked at the amount of people and said it 's good practice for you but then thought about it and offered to help make ONE of the drinks, so kind Trainee girl, you need to speak up for yourself. If you need help you have to be willing to say so. My drink was very tasty though and I 'm sorry I didn 't have cash or I would haves YOU and only YOU.
I stop in here every week and always get the best service from Maguire. Unique name, very friendly kid. 10 stars!
I haven't written a bad review since Covid but this experience was that bad. I was served by Maguire and he refused to wear a mask over his nose while handling my food, refused to scan my Starbucks app after it not working once, made my drink totally wrong, and was just plain rude the entire time. Unhygienic and rude service to boot! How nice.
Always quick and the order is always accurate! I'm happy they open so early for those of us who work crazy hours!
