Feedback gevenExcellent counter/cashier service!!!! Food was very good, but the highlight was the Lady at the counter/cashier. Forgot her name, but she was there today (1/4/24 around 2:30pm). I was looking for a hat for my wife. The store didn’t had the size. She was super nice and went above and beyond for me. She was nice enough to call another store and help me get the hat on hold. She did an awesome customer service.
Food was cooked to perfection! Called in our order. Phone conversation was a little aggrevating, rep was difficult to understand but did get our order and it was correct when we picked it up. Service was fantastic in store.
Arrived approx an hour from their closing time (8PM) with a party of 10. Service was lackluster as we were only checked on when food was delivered, not in between. We waited over an hour and a half for food. The steak I ordered was well done rather than medium rare amongst other orders that were not correct. My family and I decided to not make it a big deal as we were the only group left in the restaurant due to closing. This was frustrating as my family and I enjoy Cracker Barrel on occasion.
I always get roast beef,and it has always been great, but this time the meat was tough and tasted old. I was very disappointed.
The service was great. Thank you Laquesha! However, when it was time to pay the bill one of the cashiers told my husband, “No, I’m not going to check you out, you will have to get into the other line.” Mind you, she asked another man if he was ready to cash out and he was just browsing. Hmm, so does this mean my money is not welcome here or what?! Either way, we will not be back. Thanks, but no thanks!
