Cozy joint with live music and great beer! Wife and I stopped in while on vacation and were pleasantly surprised, very roomy inside. You can bring in food or there is a joint just a few doors down, Locale Gastropub that has great food that will deliver. If you're thirsty and in the area, recommend dropping in.

Great beer choices, most are on untapped too. I enjoyed every one I tried (I had 3 different samplers) and I 'll definitely be back! The place had covered outdoor seating and plenty of space indoors with lots of areas to sit with friends and have a little privacy if you want, or sit in the main areas with large community tables and play some of the games they have available. Local papers are available to read too so you can catch up on what 's going on and things to do in the area while you enjoy some beers. They offer sampler sizes, which I love so I can try a few beers and still get home safely. I walked up to the bar to order, great service answered my questions but left me to enjoy my beers which I prefer... I 'm a leave me alone, I 'll come to you if I need something kinda person so that was perfect how they run things here. Somebody brought their dog in, so that 's cool to see they are dog friendly here! Atmosphere is casual, small community feel, not what i 'd consider decorated in any obvious theme other than bar . Kinda typical tavern feel, clean but cozy like they have been around awhile, and not super bright inside which is ideal for a place to enjoy a few beers in my opinion I 've been to some places that are so bright inside you 'd need sunglasses indoors, this place is more what you 'd expect of a bar/taproom bright enough to read, but you won 't need your sunglasses. Reminds me of some old unique little places back home in the Midwest which I enjoyed. Small town feel, not pretentious at all, with good beer and your choice of indoor or outdoor seating, what 's not to like? There 's also an attached space that has a ton or artwork to check out...

Hours posted say midnight. Drove an hour to check them out and they were closing up before 9.

A real great place to drink. Great atmosphere, excellent beer selection and service. And dog friendly inside and out!
