Ery's Pizza - LAKE PLACID

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While some items may be a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it.

Everything about Ere's is fantastic! At first glance, it might seem like just a small pizza joint, but it's so much more than that! The pizzas are incredibly delicious, the salads are crisp and refreshing, and they offer heavenly dinner rolls. I know it might sound trivial, but for me, hot rolls are a big deal! Be sure to try the lasagna or eggplant parmesan—both are absolutely scrumptious! Their house wines are excellent too, and they serve them in carafes! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring you'll be happy you chose to dine here. Plus, the view is pretty nice as well!

I hate to say it, but it was pricey and not as good as I had anticipated. The pizza crust tasted like a dry cracker made of just flour and water—whatever happened to yeast and salt? The mozzarella and basil were nice, but the sauce lacked any seasoning or flavor. Be prepared to spend around $80 for a pizza, a couple of drinks, a salad, and dessert for two. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a nice view of the lake. Still, I can whip up a delicious pizza at home for just $5 and enjoy it by the lake.

We ordered pizzas that cost over $24 each. They were served on plastic plates and weren't particularly good, which doesn't justify the price at all.
