Lake Placid Pub Brewery

My family had been looking forward to trying Lake Placid Pub Brewery, and over Labor Day weekend we finally had the chance to stop by for lunch and drinks. Our server, Fran, was exceptional. The beer was exceptional and we even took crowlers back to our campsite. Our meals were tasty and satisfying as well. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend Lake Placid Pub Brewery.

As a first-time visitor, I brought my family to this restaurant. We were seated quickly on a holiday weekend and found the staff to be friendly and the environment clean. Despite being a pub/bar, the restaurant was welcoming to young children. The calamari appetizer was outstanding, with a Thai dipping sauce that added great flavor. The Schulzy burger, fries, grilled cheese, and pita cheese pizza were all delicious. I would rate this eatery as a solid four stars. If you are in Lake Placid, this restaurant is definitely worth a try.

This is a great spot to enjoy a couple of drinks. I wished the beer had more Oreo flavor, but the nitro stout was still delicious. The Maibock was also excellent. I tried the mushroom bolognese, and the sauce was flavorful and true to its description, but the pasta was slightly overcooked. My father ordered the burger and raved about how tasty it was. We started our meal with the Welsh rarebit, which paired nicely with the beer. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

Stopped here after going to the High Falls Gorge for lunch. It was amazing! The beers are all made in-house. The Hefeweizen was my favorite. I ordered the Korean Pulled pork sandwich. It was really good. Paired well with some of the beers from the flight I ordered. What really made this place 5 stars was the experience we had. We were able to be seated inside right away. I highly recommend you ask for Brodie as your waiter. His Customer service was second to none. Always checked up on us and made sure we were always good. It?s a pretty popular spot for food so you might have to wait a bit but it is totally worth it. I?ll be back here for sure when I?m back in Lake Placid. I will start with the positives the staff were friendly and the food and drink came quickly. Not only that the food and drink were very tasty and the food portions were a good size. However it was a hot evening and the AC did not seem to be working well and the doors were open and there were quite a few flies inside.
