The Great Room Mackenzie - LAKE PLACID

I definitely like the restaurant. Service was good and we enjoyed the time we spent there. I ordered quesadillas and I was disappointed because it was with too much cheese and it was dark chicken meat which I don’t eat and I don’t like. It doesn’t say on the menu it’s dark meat and this is why I was disappointed!!!! After that I had pesto ravioli with salmon and the pasta was perfect, but the salmon overcooked.. Overall I had a good experience but they have to improve the food.

Menu is very limited and uninspired! The room is the best part. Outside seating is awesome. Waitstaff was less than enthused to be working.

While we got luck with what appeared with a nice waiter it seemed that all of the waiters were overwhelmed there. The food was pretty good just had to wait a while for it as the place was very busy. The place itself is great with the nicest view and was expecting a bit more from the

James our server went far and beyond. Service is their business. Best view in town from a table.

Food was good, steak was on point. View is amazing!
