Burger King - Lake Ridge

We were given a hard time with our order. We asked for onions on our cheeseburgers and were told flat out no. We asked why and the woman told us she can 't do that because they don 't come with onions. Guess have it your way doesn 't work at that location. Plus the fries were only half filled and the toppings on the whoppers were almost non exist.

Super clean and enjoyed it, my toddler loved it, I wasn't worried about her eating off the booth bench as everything was surprisingly clean! Was a nice surprise. The Impossible Burger is delicious and the fries have been fresh every time I've gone. I'm happy with this place and I will continue to go back it's rare that I am happy with any fast food place so this is a nice surprise

The service was very good. Unfortunately. I will not be eating Burger King anymore,I got food poisoning.

Good food, but holy moly, they NEVER include the right condiments and sauces. Want fries? Make sure ketchups in the bag. Want mozzarella sticks? Make sure marinera sauce is in the bag. Want literally any sandwich on the menu? Make sure to ask for the special sauce by name, because you won't get it otherwise. When you get fast food you're in a rush, super annoying to get home and realize I have no sauce for my 8 mozzarella sticks. This is basic. Doesn't matter if it's busy or I'm the only car in the entire parking lot. Employees need to do better.
