The staff here may not speak much English, but they are incredibly kind, especially for a place in the Middle East. One of the team members made me a fresh pizza; he was busy but very friendly, and I didn’t mind waiting. It's easy to misinterpret their demeanor as unfriendly because of the language barrier, but that doesn't bother me since I always get what I need, and I'm grateful for their help. On my days off, I usually stop by 7-Eleven for coffee. I actually prefer the coffee from the gas station to Starbucks!
You've hired significantly better staff who are friendly and welcoming. Every time I come in, the person behind the counter greets me with a big smile and a warm welcome, just like at a 7-Eleven.
