Dunkin' - Lake Wales

You never know if your coffee will taste the way you ordered it. It's always a gamble.

I have visited many Dunkin Donuts locations, but this one is truly the BEST. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. After shopping at Walmart, I always make a pit stop here to grab an iced coffee. I believe one of the young ladies may be the manager, as she starts making my coffee before I even place my order. In my opinion, they all deserve a 5-star rating. If you're in Lake Wales, make sure to visit the Dunkin Donuts inside Walmart on Highway 60. It's the BEST!

Walmart is not open 24/7, so you cannot order before Walmart opens at 6 or 7 in the am and closes at 11pm

This is not your typical gourmet pastry shop or quaint local doughnut shop, but the coffee and doughnuts are tasty. The service is top-notch! The staff is hardworking, always serving with a smile and diligently cleaning, tidying up after customers, and preparing the dining areas. It's no easy task being connected to a busy Walmart, but these ladies manage it well.

NEVER seen a store that charges a dollar if you do not want ice. HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN!
