Kfc - Lake Wales

This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The chicken was old and greasy, and it didn't even have the usual color. If I had to guess, I'd say they must be using old oil. Both my husband and I were really disappointed, especially since it's the only KFC in the area, which leaves us with no other options. We certainly won't be returning.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to see them bring food out to a car that arrived after us. I ended up getting my money back and will definitely not be returning. This was the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere.

The staff here is incredibly rude. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but that shouldn't be taken out on customers. There’s a lack of phone etiquette and a friendly atmosphere; it felt more like a group of young girls focused on making social media videos than providing good service. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I went the day hurricane IAN struck our area with no electricity we wanted something for dinner with most restaurants with no power. I bought an 8 piece bucket having only original recipe. KFC is my second favorite chicken place next to Bojangles. Myonly complaint is the price which is considerably more than Publix which unfortunately was not open. The spices make the chickenbetter tasting than most.

Straight up lied about cookies not being a part of the 5 dollar fill up, instead of just saying they were out. So 1 star for dishonesty. Seems like they are having a supply or management issue, because they were also missing Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepperas beverage options.
