Feedback gevenI came to this place for years and although there was?s up and downs I never felt compelled to write a review? Today it did for me. Was in the ride through line at 25 min 245pm to 305 or 310pm? all I order was a #2 chicken sandwich combo with a sunjoy. There was rarely a line when I arrived. Did it go to the front of the line maybe 15 cars behind me went before me.. I ordered before them?! I asked a girl she said she would check, but she never saw her again, then another girl asked me about my name that I told her (3rd time) she goes? I told him you didn't get your order yet? Why should I be parked here in a Benz with gas prices at the price they are now? have you been drinking? Didn't I scream a lot? Management needs to get their processes to get your restaurant right. People just try to get their food and go.
Fantastic staff, very clean facility and excellent service. Only grip, and it is small, is the parking situation. Coming the line was so long that I parked nearby. In retrospect it seemed as if the line actually moved quite fast.
We arrived a little after 8:30. You can't dive after 8:00. Good for the employees. The less we get our food really fast in the car line about 5 minutes. Big blow to Chick fil A.
For the first time, you will experience food, customer service and corporate culture. At first, the food was great. The chicken is really something special. I tried the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and the Cobb salad. The salad was actually my favorite and I would eat it at any time. Customer service was great. Staff opened the door for us, they served with a smile, gave us plenty of time to find out what we wanted, and gave some good recommendations. I would prefer work on some lower calorie options. That would be great!
Excellent customer service. I?ve been to a lot of Chick-Fil-A?s from here to Atlanta. This one was easily in my top 3 in customer service. I had a large order and they were so helpful and accommodating.
