Feedback gevenI wouldn't know because the last 2 Panera breads I've tried to go to are out of half their menu items before closing. This one an hour before close and the one up the street two hours before close.

Please add more people in the kitchen, more than 15 min waiting on a DoorDash order.
This was good once. After I requested a bagel, it was cut and put on a counter without a dish or paper below. The two Macaroni and Cheeses we ordered were cold. They simply microwaved the initial order even as we asked for new, hotter ones. They prepared a fresh pot because there was no coffee, and it tasted like hot water without any coffee. More effort was put into preparing the meals and beverages for the staff than for the patrons. It's just too much money to pay for something they can't do correctly. The floors don’t look like they have been vacuumed in a while.
Not a place I would even think of eating at or ordering from again. The management is rude and fails to value their customers. The staff can't get an order out the door anywhere close to the time it was promised. Further, the work ethic of the entire operation is highly questionable. This is clearly due to the poor management, who is more interested in process than actually delivering quality food on a timely basis. Stay away until Panera wakes up and begins to treat their customers as though they are valued.
