I want to applaud the staff at this point, they are polite, attentive and always smiling! I know the people that this situation is often difficult and can be very rude, but the staff treats everything with a smile. Keep the big work and we will be back: Thank you!

I met with the manager to ask for help with my mobile app that hasn't made me pay for months. He was the only manager who could help me! Others in other places simply dismiss it say they can't help with app problems. Thank you for taking the time to solve problems leading to a satisfied customer! It's these things that make a difference. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

The cleanest and friendly McDonalds I've ever been! Lady Cleaning, I think her name is Robin, keeps the place immaculate and is very nice. Man who took my order and brought out the food (he can even the manager was very nice and friendly. We came all the way from Mchenry to Playland, but got so much more:

Service was top-tier per usual. For some reason the Cheeseburgers were a bit dry on this occasion. For this reason, I will stop giving 5 stars. I hope that was a one-time deal.

Has friendly staff and they're pretty fast. they always forget sauce though
