Dunkin' Donuts - Lakehurst

I picked up two iced coffees, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rudeness of the girl at the register. When I attempted to ask her a question, she completely ignored me, even looking directly at me while I waved her down before she turned her back and walked away. On a positive note, the girl who delivered our iced coffees was very friendly and helpful. I had wanted to inform the first girl that I needed a decaf coffee because of heart palpitations, but she wouldn't engage with me. Thankfully, the second girl was very accommodating and gladly prepared my new drink. I’m deducting a star from my rating due to the poor service from the first staff member, and I hope management considers placing someone more customer-friendly at the register.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The young woman taking my order was distracted, speaking to her son on speakerphone while trying to take my order. As a result, my coffee was full of grounds. It felt like a complete waste of money, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here. The owner really needs to pay attention to their hiring practices, as it's clear that the staff could benefit from some training. If finding reliable help is a struggle, perhaps they should consider a self-service option. This is exactly why I prefer making coffee at home – it's a shame I can't find one decent cup of coffee at this location.

I don't know how this Dunkin' is still in business. They're always running out of items—milk, coffee, donuts, decaf coffee, straws, napkins, you name it. The wait times can be incredibly long too, whether they’re busy or not. It's really frustrating.
