The restaurant is clean. The staff is very friendly. You have good quality food at reasonable prices. I had her pizza and subs a few times and still need to be disappointed! It is located near Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst. It is on a large east/west road. You have a small dining area for you to eat as long as the governor does not turn off the indoor kitchen again.

The little place is a jewel. While many “Italian” restaurants around the Jersey Shore Cheese-Sodden dishes or Limp Pasta serve, La Gondala’s flavors are subtle, tasteful and delicious. BYOB is another reason to go there: No terrible glasses from below shelves red wine. Service is also excellent.
