Food is always great! I've noticed recently though sometimes the portions are starting to get smaller with the same price tag.

Onion petals were a gross mess of batter falling off into a pile of goop .Cheesesticks were cold .

Used to love this place. I sadly wouldn’t be surprised to see it closed soon. Been a couple years since I’ve been here. The main issue is with the exception of the waitress, you can tell the people that work here just want a paycheck, they could care less about doing a good job. This obviously is starting at the top, from what I observed. The waitress was very good as was the fried mushrooms. That it. This place is not good. So I ordered a Philly sandwich that comes with fries that were so overcooked , I thought they accidentally gave me sweet potato fries, until I found out they don’t even serve sweet potato fries. But to make matters worse, the manager is the one that delivered my food. That shows me 2 things. The kitchen doesn’t care about quality if they send that out to a customer, and worst of all the manager could care less what they serve. That’s sad when you are in charge and you serve customers good that you wouldn’t eat. Ridiculous.

We had a very large group, There were mixed up orders, mixed up bills, and the first perso that ordered was the last one to get his meal.

Guys, you have some of THE BEST wings around….BUT your people in the kitchen DO NOT LISTEN. If I did not CRAVE your grilled, traditional wings, I would never come back. Your to go person, long dark hair (clipped up) and glasses is so nice. But, I now EXPECT to be disappointed. I knew before she popped the lid of my order what to expect DRY WINGS. I just said to her “I’m sure you have to recognize me because I come often. I’ve tried asking for my wings re tossed, wet, and tonight EXTRA SAUCE. I’ve PAID for extra sauce in the side, and every single time, my wings come out with zero sauce. How can this be? Is it a Gator’s policy? What is wrong that the cooks do the same thing every single time??” Look at the photo. Is this what wet, re tossed, extra sauce should be? Are my expectations too high? It’s not like their wings are cheap at $27.80 for 15. It’s ridiculous that you can NEVER get what you ask for.
