Checkers - Lakeland

Food was mostly good, fry-seasoned tenders were tough and overcooked though. Mozzarella sticks were good as usual though!

My food was cold and my burger was overcooked and my fries were burnt. def need my money back pronto.

What a waste of $40. Most of my food went to the garbage. The wings were cooked twice. My mother's throat was also cooked twice. The chicken was dry and gummy. The Pommes were super burned. I'd like to bring the food back to the restaurant, but the lady who gave me my food had a terrible attitude while she gave me my food. She didn't even give me the chance to take my food and turn away and close the window. I wasn't even sure. She just turned around. Terrible customer service and terrible food.

Worst checker in lakeland. they were good when they were reopened, but within a few weeks they are back to their old ways. every time I order a spicy chicken sandwich, it is burned to a crunchy and non-edible. I wouldn't recommend a drunk person to save yours and your money. diane is the manager and she does not do her job, id recommend immediate replacement because she avoids my complaint and unravel it to her crew member. this happened at 12 on the afternoon, not apologise, because they were not busy and id suspect that this is eating why. this food tastes like yesterday eating up. there is a survey customer can fill out that all checkers give them through a reception and that goes to business and the information that is needed to complete it is not on the entry. I really don't understand how these checkers are still running.

The staff was very rude. I ordered 2 number 6 meals the 8 pieces meals for $9.79 I thought there was a dollar or 2 fee for a big one, so I thought maybe $24 total I was a little shocked when I saw that the meals came to $34 and I asked why it was so expensive out of curiosity. They sent a woman back to the ride when I said it should be 9.79 for just a regular after your menu outside it is really a $7 dollar mark per meal for the big and when she came back she said it was only for the chicken tents that there was 9.79 then a lady said you made her all the way back for nothing and said you want her or not I ended just paying and grab my food. It wasn't about what they said, but as they said, they gave me an attitude all the time. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the people at this racket were extra rude, so I thought I would take the extra time
