Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience when I called to address an issue with my order. The manager, Melissa, was not very friendly and seemed to have a poor attitude. She really needs to improve her customer service skills and learn how to communicate better with customers. When the previous manager, Mr. Ken, was in charge, I never had to deal with rudeness or negativity. Melissa could benefit from observing how he interacted with customers, as he was always very nice.
We ordered takeout and everything I chose was absolutely delicious. My husband got the Zesty Nachos but switched out the nachos for fries. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and strawberry puppies. After he picked up our meal, he let me have a taste of his order, and it was so good that I went back into the restaurant to get one for myself. The service was quick and everything was prepared just right. The staff was incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to go back; I will definitely be ordering the same things again!
The staff is fantastic, the food is excellent, and it’s a wonderful spot for breakfast.
The staff that work here are always giving their best. They are usually a friendly and courteous team. The food quality is pretty consistent and good for a diner. However I seem to remember larger serving sizes, recently, the servings seem to be getting smaller.
Service was AWESOME!! FOOD CAME OUT EXTREMELY SLOW! Although the food was GREAT!! KUDOS to the back of the house!!! COFFEE was perfect as always!!
