Dunkin' - Lakeland

This site offers service expected by Dunkin’ Donuts. I would even say exceptional service. The interior is clean and organized. The store looks very clean. These include the toilets I care about. I wish the hand atomizer machine actually works. This is not true in many restaurants. You can sanitizing several machines for the hand, but most of them are broken and empty by sanitizer. Apart from that, I have absolutely no complaints about this location. I let it out, but I have to say that because of the service I received that I enjoyed going there because the staff looked really happy. Truth. Everyone seems to enjoy each other as they did their work. And her work was very busy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Oh, where I forgot the lounge area. There was an alcove that had very comfortable chairs with shelves on them, was a person could put a laptop to work. This area has many sockets. This area does not seem to be very used, but it was very well thought out. Thank you.

Today, I stopped by this place for a coffee, and I was really impressed by the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Having worked at Dunkin' Donuts before, I understand how challenging this job can be. I truly appreciated the genuine warmth from the young lady who served me today. I wish there were a way to support the staff during the checkout process, especially if someone doesn’t have cash on hand. They truly deserve more recognition for their hard work.

Anyone who knows me is aware that I only drink coffee when I'm really tired. As a result, I'm not very familiar with Dunkin's flavors. However, the young lady there was incredibly patient and suggested the almond coffee. It turned out to be the best coffee I've ever had! I really appreciate the recommendation and will definitely pass it along to others.

I'm going here, literally, every day. You have first-class customer service and make my icy latte just as I like it. If not, they will do it right without asking questions. Great management.
