Gaskins Barbecue Lobster - Lakeland

Finally I get to taste lobster roll in Lakeland Florida Fantastic. Lobster, cheddar mac and cheese,coleslaw everything and I do mean everything was succulent and worth the money I would definitely go back to taste their burgers and ribs

I was completely impressed. I think that the burger was quite possibly one of the best I have had in Lakeland. The service was good and the price was not overly expensive for what we got. I would definitely return.

Some of ours friends had eaten lobster rolls at Gaskins and stated that they were very good. My husband and I decided to eat there and I ordered the Wicked Good lobster roll and my husband ordered pulled pork. I have eaten lobster rolls from several different restaurants and this one was the best! Lots of big chunks of lobster with just a little mayo and lettuce at bottom . The pulled pork was nicely flavored and tender. The fries and coleslaw were delicious and to top itoff they offered free soft-serve vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere was casual, open, clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. We definitely plan to return in the future.

Where do I start!!!! We got the smoked lobster roll which is normally served chilled but we requested it warm and it was delicious, it had large lobster pieces in a perfectly toasted brioche roll. We also ordered the brisket grilled cheese and it was the BEST brisket sandwich I've ever had, it was served on grilled sourdough which was so tasty. The sweet bbq was good but for me the spicy bbq stole the show even though you didn't really need much because the brisket wasperfect. Don't forget the sweet tea and FREE ice cream!

I got a warm smoked lobster roll. The piece on top was warm and had such a nice smokey flavor, but the lobster underneath was slightly chilled and not smoked. The sauce is good but anyone that thinks anything with a kick to it is spicy, will not like it. Although the sauce was good, the meat and sauce combined were not my favorite combo. Expect lobster rolls to be expensive... because they are. The sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had. Will definitely return totry other options!
