Hooters - Lakeland

Worst Hooters I've ever been to..my fiance and I were seated in a booth and nobody came to our booth..We sat there for about 10 minutes before my fiance went up and complained to the host. The host got a waitress for us and she came over apologizing for the inconvenience. She took our order and came back with drinks. I ordered a UNSWEET tea he ordered a Mountain Dew with no ice. She gave me a SWEET tea so sweet I was unable to drink it. She gave him a cup full of ice and Mountain Dew and he was unable to drink it. She never came back to our table to check on us so we sat there for 15 minutes unable to drink anything. Everyone coming in after us had service right away and she was checking on them. We finally had enough and my fiance got up and told the host we wanted our order to go. The waitress finally came back with our food in a bag so we paid for it and left. We got home and didn't have half the food we ordered. We both agreed they will NEVER go there again!!!

Let me start by saying that the wait staff was great every step of the way. However, the food and their policies at this location were below standard every step of the way. I have never had a bad experience at a Hooters until Lakeland. Give it a year and if they are still open, I'll give them another shot. However, I would avoid until they have new management

I will not be back! Hooters has gone down hill, food and service. Never have I had a waitress rush me out like I had today. We hadn't even finished our meal and she was asking if it was all on one check. I had met with some friends of mine I hadn't seen in a long time to catch up and that was short lived. We had planned on staying a while but we were given a check immediately almost making it out to us of...eat and get out. Very rushed and not pleasant. The waitress was good on service but in the same note it was almost like get out I have more customers. I own a restaurant and bar so I do understand the profession. Not good business! I never leave reviews but today I was very upset. Would have talked to a manager and that might be my fault but anymore today it's a slap on the wrist and nothing is ever done. I feel the review is best and think that everyone can relate. Thank you for the time to read and good luck in future Hooters, as I will not be back

Went to eat with my daughter we sat at the bar and ordered 25 wings, pound of shrimp and 2 fries as well as alcohol. They brought our fries and shrimp out first like they were appetizers. We finished our shrimp and fries because they were getting cold waiting on the wings. After we finished our shrimp and fries we still waited on wings. FINALLY they brought our wings after complaining to the bartender and manager. I told him we didn’t want the wings because we were done with our food and ordered a meal not different courses. Manager took the wings off no apology, no compensation, no NOTHING! Just an ok you don’t want these and walked off! Kitchen staff sucks as well as the manager! This was $100 check not a $10 check!
